Christian Berner Tech Trade AB (publ) confirms name change to Berner Industrier AB

Christian Berner Tech Trade AB (publ) announces today that the name of the company has officially been changed to Berner Industrier AB in the Swedish company register. As of May 22, 2024 the share will trade under the ticker BERNER (instead of CBTT) on NASDAQ Stockholm Main Market Small cap list. The change was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on April 25, 2024.

Please note that the name change only concerns the parent company and not the four subsidiaries called Christian Berner.
