Cavotec SA appoints new Group Chief Financial Officer

Cavotec SA ("Cavotec") today announced the appointment of a new Group Chief
Financial Officer, Kristiina Leppänen, who will relieve interim CFO Leena Essén
on 1 May 2015. 

Kristiina is joining Cavotec from the leading non-welded piping systems
manufacturer GS-Hydro Corporation, where she has been CFO for almost five
years. GS-Hydro is owned by Ratos, a NASDAQ OMX-listed private equity
conglomerate. 

Prior to joining GS-Hydro, Kristiina served as CFO of Marioff Corporation Oy, a
United Technologies Corporation subsidiary. Before this, she held various
finance positions at companies including Nokia, Masterfoods, Sonera and
Samsung. 

Kristiina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA in
International Finance from the Helsinki School of Economics. She is a Finnish
citizen and is fluent in Finnish and English.
