QuantumCell transaction — AlzeCure announced a global out-licensing and collaboration agreement with Danish tech-enabled biotech QuantumCell ApS for its NeuroRestore® platform and lead candidate ACD856, with a total potential deal value exceeding USD 2.2 billion
Strong equity backing — QuantumCell is supported by a highly credible investor syndicate including Novo Holdings, Lundbeckfond Invest and Forbion
Oversubscribed Rights Issue — The company's SEK 30 million Rights Issue, which closed on June 30, was heavily oversubscribed at approximately 329 percent, reflecting strong investor interest
Remaining pipeline — With NeuroRestore® and Alzstatin® now out-licensed, AlzeCure retains its Painless platform, including ACD440 which has received positive FDA feedback for a registrational study
