Changes in Cavotec’s Senior Management Team



Isabelle Scherer-Friedhoff will join Cavotec as Group Legal Counsel on November
1 and be based at the headquarters in Lugano, Switzerland. She will join the
Senior Management Team and report directly to Chief Executive Officer Mikael
Norin. 

Scherer-Friedhoff joins Cavotec from the global specialty chemicals company
Clariant where she worked as Legal Counsel from 2012 in charge of Group
Technology and Innovation. Prior, she worked for Turbomach, a Caterpillar
company, as Legal Counsel.

Cavotec’s future,” said Norin. “We wish her the best of luck in her new role.” 

Separately, Group Director Ester Cadau, who currently oversees Human Resources,
has moved on to pursue other career opportunities. 

CEO Norin will personally take over the role as acting HR manager for the group
during the recruitment process and until a replacement is found. 

The change is effective as of September 20.
