The Annual Report 2020 has been published and is available at www.sintercast.com in PDF-format. The report includes the CEO Message, the Director’s Report, the Corporate Governance Report and the Financial Statements.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2021 of SinterCast AB (publ) will be conducted on Tuesday 18 May 2021. The Board of Directors has decided that the AGM will be conducted without the physical presence of shareholders, representatives and third parties. Shareholders will be able to exercise their voting rights by post, in advance of the meeting.
