StrongPoint ASAs Board of Directors hereby call for the 2024 Annual General
Meeting. The meeting will be held Thursday 25 April at 10.00 CET at ABG Sundal
Colliers ASA's offices, Ruseløkkveien 26, Oslo. 

The Notice of the Annual General Meeting is enclosed and can be found on the
company's website, together with relevant documents.
