Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has acquired the industrial and warehouse assets Farverland 7 in Glostrup and Farum Gydevej 62 in Farum from private sellers. The total property value is DKK 50 million, corresponding to circa SEK 73 million, and the total lettable area is 4 527 sq m. The assets are fully let to two different tenants on long leases. Post the acquisition Stendörren's portfolio in the Copenhagen region amounts to nine assets with a total lettable area of circa 31 000 sq m.
