Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S: Nordic Waterproofing publishes a supplement to the listing prospectus

Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB has prepared a supplement to the listing prospectus regarding admission to trading of shares in Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB on Nasdaq Stockholm, which was approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) on 11 September 2020 and published on the same day (as previously announced in PR 2020-09-11) (the "Prospectus"). The supplement to the Prospectus is an integrated part of, and should be read with, the Prospectus.

The supplement to the Prospectus has been prepared as a result of the publishing of Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S' interim financial statement for the period January - September 2020 on 3 November 2020.

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) has today approved Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB's supplement to the Prospectus. The supplement to the Prospectus is an integrated part of, and should be read with, the Prospectus.

The supplement to the Prospectus has been made available at www.nordicwaterproofing.com today and is together with the Prospectus available in electronic format.
