HANZA started in 2018 a process with the goal to change the marketplace for the share to Nasdaq's main list during the first half of 2019. The change of list could be carried out on March 25, 2019, so that the interim report for the first quarter will be ready earlier than planned. HANZA's Annual General Meeting will be held on May 7, 2019 as previously announced.
