Reference is made to today's announcement from Gaming Innovation Group Inc.
("GiG") regarding issue of new shares.

True Value Limited, a company owned by Henrik Persson Ekdahl, board member and
primary insider of GiG owns 4,896,125 shares in GiG. Following the new number of
outstanding shares in GiG, True Value Limited's holding in GiG has been reduced
from 5.06% to 3.99% of the outstanding shares and votes in GiG.
