Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (together with its subsidiaries "GiG" or the
"Group") has mandated ABG Sundal Collier and Pareto Securities to arrange a
series of fixed income investor meetings and, subject to inter alia market
conditions, a SEK 100 million subsequent bond issue under the Group's existing
senior secured bond framework with ISIN NO0011017097 may follow.

The proceeds from the contemplated tap issue will be used towards partially
finance the acquisition of Sportnco Gaming SAS, that was announced in a press
release on 22 December 2021 at 08.00 CET, or general corporate purposes for GiG.
