Management change at Aurora Deltaco and increased focus on DistIT’s strategic development
Strategy and integration work at Aurora Deltaco, Distit’s largest corporate group at present, has been formalised and is entering an operational phase. In conjunction with this, Robert Rosenzweig and Philip Gunnarsson will leave their roles as CEO and CFO of Aurora Deltaco.
Martin Gutberg, the current COO of Aurora Deltaco, takes over as CEO, and Christian G. Jørgensen, current Financial Manager of Aurora, takes over as CFO of Aurora Deltaco, starting 1 September.
Robert Rosenzweig and Philip Gunnarsson will remain as CEO and CFO for the DistIT Group.
Robert Rosenzweig states "We at Aurora Deltaco have carried out a restructuring process, built up a joint management team, and created a management system around our strategy. It is the right time for Philip and I to hand over the future operation of Aurora Deltaco to competent employees and good leaders, in order to be able to focus on DistIT's strategic development. We have great opportunities throughout the DistIT group which require further focus, such as Septon, the recent acquisition EFUEL and new future acquisitions."
Martin Gutberg has previously been the CEO of NOTE, Norrtälje, and Christian G. Jørgensen has extensive experience at Aurora and in the electronics industry. The management team at Aurora Deltaco remains otherwise intact.
