Diös Fastigheter establishes MTN programme of SEK 3,5 billion

Diös has established an MTN programme with a framework amount of SEK 3,5 billion for borrowing on the bond market.


Diös has prepared a base prospectus for the MTN programme, which has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) (the "SFSA"). The base prospectus is available from Diös website (, as well as from SFSA's website,

Diös Fastigheter has previously, in consultation with Svenska Handelsbanken, established a green financing framework. The framework gives the company the opportunity to finance the type of projects and assets covered by the framework by issuing green bonds under the MTN programme.

Svenska Handelsbanken is the lead bank for the MTN programme and will alongside Danske Bank and Swedbank act as issuer.
