C-RAD announces today a new order for the Catalyst+HD™ and Sentinel 4DCT™ from Nordstrahl, a leading radiotherapy practice in Nuremberg, Germany. The order includes multiple systems, along with a multiyear service agreement
The Nordstrahl practice, led by Dr. Clemens Albrecht and Dr. Christian Grehn, is renowned for providing the highest quality patient care and advanced treatment techniques. The addition of C-RAD's state-of-the-art radiotherapy systems to its portfolio is expected to further enhance the practice's capabilities and enable it to provide the most accurate and efficient treatments possible.
Sophie Taubner, lead physicist of Nordstrahl commented “We are excited to improve the quality of treatment with the C-RAD system. We will provide a much more precise and marker-less positioning of the patient from beginning to the end of radiotherapy.“
The order, which has a value, before taxes, of approximately 8,3 MSEK for C-RAD, includes the complete software suite, including modules for Respiratory Gating, Patient Setup & Positioning, and Motion Monitoring, as well as a dedicated solution for the Varian Halcyon systems. Delivery and installation are expected to commence before the end of the year.
"We are delighted to have been selected by Nordstrahl to provide our innovative radiation therapy solutions," said Cecilia de Leeuw, CEO and President of C-RAD AB. "Our advanced technology will enable the Nordstrahl practice to provide the highest levels of precision, accuracy, and safety to their patients, while also streamlining their workflows and increasing efficiency."
