Arise AB: Environmental permit granted for project Kölvallen by the Land and Environment Court

We are happy to announce that the Land and Environment Court at Nacka District Court (Sw. Mark- och miljödomstolen vid Nacka Tingsrätt) today has granted an environmental permit for our project Kölvallen.

The environmental permit encompasses 43 turbines with a tip height of 220 metres, which corresponds to almost 300 MW of capacity considering currently available technology. Any potential appeal needs to be granted a leave to appeal to be considered by the Land and Environment Court of Appeal, which requires special circumstances.
