Copenhagen, Denmark, May 8, 2024 - Pursuant to section 38(1) of the Danish
Capital Markets Act, Napatech A/S ("Napatech" or the "Company") hereby notifies
receipt of major shareholder notification.

Napatech has received notification from ATP, CVR-no. 43405810, that following
the private placement announced by the Company on 7 May 2024, ATP has increased
its shareholding to 5,800,000 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.25 each, which
now corresponds to 5.85% of the total share capital and voting rights in
Napatech.

This company announcement is being made in accordance with section 30 of the
Danish Capital Markets Act.
