Napatech Follow

In the company announcement no. 614988 dated 3 April 2024, Napatech gave notice
to the annual general meeting ("AGM") of Napatech. 

With respect to item 6 on the agenda of the AGM, it was noted in the AGM notice
that considerations regarding the composition of the board of directors were
ongoing.

Napatech can today announce their recommendations for candidates to the board of
directors, which may be found in the attached supplement to the AGM notice. In
the supplement, information on the candidates' background, qualifications and
other managerial positions in other undertakings may also be found.

Attached is also an addendum for the proxy and postal voting forms enabling
shareholders to vote for the recommended candidates for the board of directors.
