COPENHAGEN, Denmark, August 25, 2023 - Napatech (OSLO: NAPA.OL), today announced
that the Board of Directors of Napatech A/S has decided to issue share options
to management members and key employees in the Company.

The Board's decision was made in accordance with the annual general meeting's
authorizations for the Board adopted as Article 7.6, 7.7, and 7.9 in the
articles of association and as approved at a Board meeting on August 25, 2023.

A total of 770,000 share options have been issued for subscription of up to
770,000 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.25 at an exercise price of NOK 9.92
per nom. DKK 0.25 share, which corresponds to the trading price at the close of
business at the Oslo Stock Exchange on August 24, 2023. 

o	330,000 share options have been granted pursuant to the authorization in the
articles of association, section 7.6, and on the terms and conditions set out in
the Napatech Share Option and Incentive Program 2020
