Reference is made to the announcement dated 27 April 2023 at 18:30 CET,
attaching the minutes from the annual general meeting 2023 (the "AGM"). A
correction has been made in the minutes from the AGM. In the previously
announced AGM minutes, the extraordinary fee to the executive chairman in item
10, which was specified in the notice for the meeting attached to the company's
announcement of 29 March 2023 and approved at the AGM, was inadvertently not
reflected.

The corrected minutes are attached hereto.
