Napatech Follow

As a consequence of the exercise of warrants in Napatech A/S by a former
employee, Napatech A/S will increase its share capital by nom. DKK 219,936.00
from DKK 22,323,989.00 to DKK 22,543,925.00.

The number of outstanding shares in the company will increase by 879,744 from
89,295,956 to 90,175,700, each with a par value of DKK 0.25.

After the exercise of these warrants, the total number of outstanding warrants
in the company is 3,804,631.
