COPENHAGEN, Denmark - February 27, 2023 - NapatechTM (OSLO: NAPA.OL) announced
today that CEO, Ray Smets, has submitted his resignation in order to pursue
other opportunities, and the board has accepted his resignation. Henrik Brill
Jensen, the company's Chief Operating Officer, will take over as Interim CEO
immediately, and the Board of Directors will initiate a succession process. Mr.
Smets will continue as an advisor for the board.

past 5 years as CEO of Napatech and wish him the best of luck in his new
endeavors," said Lars Boilesen, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

growth in the SmartNIC market, and I am confident in the direction the company
is going to succeed," said Ray Smets. "I will miss the team at Napatech, and I
look forward to following the company's progress and advising the board as they
see fit."
