(Copenhagen, 15 July 2022) - On 3 June 2022, Napatech A/S (the "Company", OSE:
NAPA) launched a share buyback program as described in the company announcement
of 3 June 2022. According to the program, Napatech A/S will, in the period until
31 December 2022, buy back its own shares for a maximum of 600,000 shares and a
maximum value of up to NOK 12,000,000.
