(Copenhagen, 27 April 2022) Napatech A/S (Napatech, OSE: NAPA) held its Annual
General Meeting yesterday at the Company's address at Tobaksvejen 23A, 2860
Soeborg, Denmark. 

The complete minutes of the Annual General Meeting are attached, and the updated
company Articles of Association will be published on the investor section on the
Napatech web in the next few days.

All proposals on the agenda were adopted.
