COPENHAGEN, Denmark, May 4, 2021 - Napatech (OSLO: NAPA.OL), today announced
that the Board of Directors of Napatech A/S has decided to issue share options
to key employees in the Company.

The Board's decision was made in accordance with the shareholder authorization
for the Board adopted as Article 7.7 of the articles of association and as
approved at a Board meeting on May 4, 2021.

The authorization from the shareholders in 2021 was for a total of 460,000 share
options.

A total of 427,000 share options have been issued for subscription of:

o	up to 427,000 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.25 at an exercise price of
NOK 19.70 per share

All share options shall be exercised by 4 May 2029.

Heine Thorsgaard, CFO, will receive 100,000 share options, and holds after this
a total of 355,000 share options and nil shares.

Other executives and employees will receive in total 327,000 share options.
