As a consequence of the exercise of warrants in Napatech A/S by employees, the
share capital of Napatech A/S has been increased by nom. DKK 4,416.25 from DKK
20,767,055.00 to DKK 20,771,471.25.

The number of outstanding shares in the company is increased by 17,665 from
83,068,220 to 83,085,885, each with a par value of DKK 0.25.

After the exercise of these warrants, the total number of outstanding warrants
in the company is 4,201,478.
