Kameo - build a portfolio with real estate and business loans, all with security!
In the spring of 2019 ABG Sundal Collier, the owner of Introduce.se, made a investment in the crowdfunding platform Kameo and is now the largest shareholder.
Kameo is an online platform that provides credit to small and medium sized businesses and real estate projects that are typically overlooked by traditional banks. As an investor you have the opportunity to participate and invest in these projects, receiving interest on a monthly basis. Historical return of 9.6% per year*.
At the moment Kameo has interesting investment opportunities on the platform. All loans have either security in property pledge or personal guarantee.
